Shipping, Return and Exchange

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. All shipping options offered are trackable.

Please contact us at sheryl@supercatkei.com if you live outside these countries and would like to place an order. Your order is not guaranteed, but we will do our best to make it possible on a case by case basis.

Shipment Processing Time

All orders will only be processed and shipped out AFTER we close our first batch of orders on 30th September 2021. 

Orders that contain hoodies and t-shirts will be shipped out in late November/early December 2021. Any other orders will be shipped out in October 2021.

There may be some delays due to COVID19. In the event of any such delays, you will be notified via email. We appreciate your kind understanding and apologise for the inconvenience.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). Tracking information may take a while to reflect depending on the scanning at different facilities.

Please note that items from the same purchase may be shipped in separate packages for logistical purposes and 2 or more tracking numbers will be issued for such cases.

If it has been more than a week since your order has been shipped out and there is still no tracking information, or if you haven’t received your package after a long time, feel free to contact the shipping courier with your tracking code and/or contact us at sheryl@supercatkei.com.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

The amount shown at checkout DOES NOT include any taxes, duties and related custom fees that may be charged upon the package’s arrival in your country. These fees will be determined by your local customs office. Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for any delays caused by the customs department in your country. For more information on the charges specific to your country, please contact your local customs office.

Damages

We are not liable for any products that are damaged or lost in the process of shipping. If the package you received is damaged due to shipping, you can contact the shipping courier to file a claim. Please keep all packaging materials and damaged goods until the claim has been settled.

Wrong Address

The package will be returned to our facility if the address provided is incorrect or insufficient for the courier to deliver the package to you. We will contact you for the correct address, but you will be liable for any reshipment costs. 

Return/Exchange Policy

We are not offering any return or exchange of products at the moment. All sales at checkout are final, so please check your order thoroughly before placing them.
