What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment via PayPal and Shopify Payments, which includes all major credit and debit cards. You will be required to create an account with your email and phone number for Shopify Payments before you can key in your credit or debit card details.

I made a mistake with my order details (Eg. products, address, email address, etc.). Can I change or cancel it?
Yes you can! Just reply to your confirmation email with the changes you wish to make or email sheryl@supercatkei.com and we’ll get back to you on it (:

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do international shipping. All 24 countries that we ship to can be found in our Shipping, Return and Exchange page.

How much is shipping?
Shipping prices are automatically calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location, and the size and weight of your order.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
All orders on our Super Comfy 2025 collection are pre-orders. They will only be processed and shipped out 1-2 weeks after the pre-order closes on 31 August 2025. More information on the estimated shipping duration can be found on our Shipping, Return and Exchange page.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been mailed out, you will receive an email with the tracking number and a link to track your package.

How do I know which size to order?
Size charts can be found in the description of all wearable products (eg. hoodie & jersey). Please note that there may be 1-2 cm difference between the measurements and actual products.
What sizes are the models wearing for the supercat Jerseys?
All jerseys seen on the current merch site are samples and will vary from the actual product slightly in terms of the cutting. Based on what the team is wearing in the photos on the ❤️ product listing, Denise is 175cm tall and wears a size L. Sheryl is 165cm tall and wears a size XS.

Will you be restocking sold-out items?
No, we will not be restocking any sold-out items at the moment, so get yours while stocks last!
